Lodging
The 2024 RED Consortium Meeting will take place at the Westin Alexandria Old Town Hotel in Alexandria, VA.
Please click here to book your room through our discounted room block. To participate in the full meeting, please secure lodging for Tuesday, September 10 and Wednesday, September 11. Your room should be booked no later than August 18, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to redmeeting@asee.org. All cancellations made by August 18, 2024 will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation requests made after August 18 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
